Fish Fry Batter Seasoning
A batter blend of flour and seasoning to make simple and delicious battered fish fillets, conveniently packaged in a lightweight, re-sealable stand up pouch that’s fully recyclable. Includes an easy to follow recipe. Simply coat fillets in this lightly seasoned batter and fry to perfection. Serve with French fries on the side to enjoy homemade fish and chips, or use them to make delectable fish tacos. We recommend enjoying your fish fingers with one of our prepared dips, such as Onion Chive or Lemon Dill.

Recipe Directions
All you need:
- 109 g (¾ cup) Fish Fry Batter Mix
- 150 ml (½ cup + 2 tbsp) beer (or water)
- 2 fresh fillets of white fish (about 300 g), cut into 12 fingers
- 250 ml (1 cup) vegetable oil for frying
All you do:
In a bowl, combine Fish Fry Batter Mix and beer. Mix well. Coat fish with batter on all sides. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, preheat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Add 3-4 pieces of fish at a time and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon. Drain on a wire rack or paper towel. Serve immediately while hot.
Serve with our Onion Chive or Lemon Dill dip on the side. Add some French fries to enjoy homemade fish and chips. Also makes a perfect filling for fish tacos, dressed up with all of your favorite toppings.
