This new large format is to replace our dip jars. The card canisters are aluminum foil lined for freshness, and the dips come in a sealed protective pouch to prevent moisture.

Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Roasted Garlic Dip mix
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes before serving. Best if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
For a low-fat variation:
Substitute sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise with low fat varieties.
