Store dried seasoning blends in a cool, dry, dark pantry or cupboard for longest shelf life.
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.)area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
Recipe
What you Need:
- contents of pouch of Dip mix
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 500 ml (2 cup) Greek yogurt
- 1 English cucumber with peel, seeds removed
What to do:
Grate cucumber & squeeze out the liquid.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt & dip mix.
Add grated cucumber and mix well.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
Tastes even better if prepared a couple hours in advance.
