A spicy version of the classic & creamy chilled dip, a real crowd pleaser. Try as a topping with shrimp or fish tacos!
Makes 2 cups
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
What you Need:
- Southwest Ranch Dip mix (included)
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream OR yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Best if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
