Absolutely goes everywhere, the spring mix contains our smoked salt and smoked pepper , garlic flower and maple sugar. The spring mix is ideal for seasoning all types of meat (white meat, red meat and fish), vegetables, soups, salads, dips and marinades... It's a sure hit! Our spring mix is available in 2 sizes: Regular (60g) and Large (140g)
Our seasonings are naturally smoked, always, and do not contain preservatives or anti-caking agents. Only good spices are smoked in our smokehouses!
USE :
Sprinkle on your meats and vegetables before cooking. Add at the end of cooking for a more intense taste. Add directly to finish on your soups, salads, mashed potatoes. a perfect match for chicken, red meats and vegetables, the spring mix will bring beautiful notes of garlic and smoke to your meals!
